Introduction
The OfficiatorTM 10 Player electronic buzzer system has been designed to provide speed and accuracy in officiating a ‘Jeopardy’ type game or quiz contest. These electronic systems are built of quality construction ideal for tournaments or for everyday use.
The system’s Moderator Module detects and indicates which one of the player buttons was pushed first with 100% lock-out. When a player pushes his button, the player’s LED and the Moderator’s corresponding LED both light up while a tone is briefly emitted. These LEDs remain lit until the system is reset with the button on the Moderator.
Anderson Enterprises introduced its first buzzer system in the fall of 1985 - a state-of-the-art system using computer-processor technology that judged two teams of four players with Table-top style player buttons. In 1996, the Officiator Moderator sported a new sleek profile and sound, and was renamed the Officiator 10 player system to reflect its ability to judge two teams of five players. Audio volume control was also added for more flexibility.
